1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4 Account Rules

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active 77r77 account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77r77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets or casino rounds placed from those accounts, and forfeit any remaining balances pending investigation.

4.2 Account Currency

All 77r77 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The account currency cannot be changed after registration. All deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bet stakes, bonus values, and winnings are recorded and displayed in BDT.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, bet, or casino game session has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 calendar months. 77r77 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳200 to inactive accounts once this threshold is reached, provided the account holds a positive balance. If the account balance reaches zero, no further fee will be applied and the account will be archived. Players will receive email notification before any inactivity fee is applied.

4.4 Account Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 77r77 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. 5 Deposits

5.3 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. 6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified players at any time through the 77r77 cashier. All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit to the extent technically possible.

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. Players must ensure their available withdrawal balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) meets or exceeds the minimum before submitting a request.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

For KYC-verified accounts, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. 6.3 Withdrawal Holds

7 Betting Rules

77r77 offers sports betting markets covering cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. All betting is subject to the following rules.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered accepted only when 77r77 confirms it with a unique bet reference number displayed in the player's bet history. 77r77 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) odds were displayed due to a technical error; (b) the event has already commenced or concluded at the time of bet placement; or (c) the bet is suspected to involve match manipulation or insider information.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum stake per bet is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement. 77r77 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits where betting patterns indicate professional or arbitrage activity.

7.3 Void Bets

Bets may be voided by 77r77 in the following circumstances: event cancellation; walkover; abandonment without a result; significant technical failure affecting odds generation; or where the event is ruled ineligible for the relevant market by the governing body. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance in full at the original stake amount.

7.4 Live Betting

10 Prohibited Activities

15 Account Termination

77r77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited betting behaviour.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request relating to the account.

Where an account is closed by 77r77 for reasons unrelated to a breach of these Terms (e.g., a business decision to withdraw service from a specific region), any real-money balance remaining on the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period.
